We do not currently collect any data but may offer a newsletter in the future.

If you subscribe to our newsletter on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send you the newsletter on a regular basis and to provide you with news about our guitar manufactory.

WinterKoenig Gitarrenkonzeption Scholl & Stellwag GbR Berlin uses customers' personal data exclusively for the fulfillment of orders placed by customers.

Transfer of information

WinterKoenig Gitarrenkonzeption Scholl & Stellwag GbR Berlin does not circulate or transfer personal data to any third parties. Customers receive emails from for the sole purpose of informing of significant modifications in business. The customer can, however, object to this at any time, even when placing an order.

We process personal data based on data protection regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and, if applicable, the state data protection laws of the individual federal states.

The data of the following groups of people is processed by the responsible persons in the company to fulfill their tasks.

Storage period

the personal data we store is deleted in accordance with legal requirements. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing, a given consent is revoked or other permissions no longer apply.

Data that still must be retained for commercial or tax law reasons, for example, or whose storage is still necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims, is deleted as soon as this is no longer the case.

The email address you provided for sending the newsletter will be deleted as soon as you revoke your consent to the newsletter, unless this email address is also used for communication between the company and you - other than sending the newsletter.

Rights of the data subject

If we process personal data from you, you have the following rights of the data subject:

• a right to information about the data processed and to a copy, • a right to rectification if we process incorrect data about you,
• a right to erasure, unless there are exceptions to why we still store the data, for example retention obligations or limitation periods

• a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you find that we are not processing your data properly.

The Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is responsible for our company. If you are in another federal state or not in Germany, you can also contact the data protection authority there.

 

Online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO Regulation:

We always strive to resolve any disagreements arising from consumer contracts with our customers out of court. We are therefore prepared to carry out dispute resolution proceedings before the General Consumer Arbitration Board in Berlin, provided that the consumer has previously asserted the disputed claim against us.

Legal recourse is of course open to consumers at any time.
